1 : Is my phone supposed to get warm while on this charger?

A: It is normal for the receiving coil or plate to heat up during the wireless charging process. This charger has Advanced cooling feature for better heat dissipation. Please follow the instructions given below, if the heating issue continues.

Take off your phone case or phone if materials like iron, metal or cards are attached on the back of the phone. Reducing the phone???º???s background applications may improve the charging speed.

2 : In 20 minutes, it just charged the phone from 52% to 64%, why slower than cord charging?

A: It usually takes 2-3 hours for a full charge with charge wall adapter, depending on the phone???º???s battery capacity. It would be slower than wired charging.

For efficient charging, take off your phone case (over 6mm) when charging and use a 5V, 2A adapter or 9V, 1.67A adapter (Notice: adapter comes with iPhone is 5V, 1A). Place your phone on the centre of the charging pad.

3 : Will it charge through a thick or rubber phone case?

A: The RAEGR Wireless Charger is compatible with most of the phone cases. However, phone cases thicker over 6mm may affect wireless charging.

4 : It works well for the first or two weeks, but now stopped working, what should I do?

A: Please unplug the socket and re-plug after about 15 minutes.

5. Why is my phone not charging when placed on the charging pad?

A: First, please ensure your phone is Qi wireless-charging compatible. Second, please make sure that your phone is aligned with the center of the charging pad. Third, please remove phone cases thicker than 6mm.

6 : Put phone on charger and less than a minute later the led light keeps blinking. What do i do?

A: Please ensure that the phone’s cover or case is not attached with any iron, metal, coins, IC Cards, bank cards, magnetic absorbers and other metal objects in the charging detective area.

7 : It charges my iPhone 8 plus extremely slow

A: The adapter comes with iPhone is 5V, 1A. We suggest you to use a 9V, 1.67A adapter for charging and the 5V, 2A one for standard charging.

8 : Will it impact to leave an phone on overnight?

A: It does not harm your phone as there will be only minimum current after full charge.
